Agtira finances lighting installation for extra cucumbers

The financing consists of refinancing and an expansion of facilities with existing and previous lenders, increasing the company's debt by approximately SEK 35 million. The investment is expected to be completed in December 2026.

According to Agtira, the lighting installation is expected to increase annual revenue by approximately SEK 40 million. The company estimates annual EBITDA of approximately SEK 10 million from the investment, with the increase attributed to an extended growing season and higher production capacity at the facility.

EU support of SEK 14 million Agtira also announced that it has been granted approximately SEK 14 million in EU support. The company operates year-round greenhouse production across approximately 49,000 square meters at facilities in Härnösand, Kramfors, Östersund, Haninge and Påarp.
